The king is no longer there. He's been taken out, and now Weavil is there.... 63 elite guy who's part of the AQ scepter quest, if I remember right.

yes, there are a bunch of high level elite naga and hydras and also a cool person trapped in the sewers on the island.. its not very hard to farm it, there are some decent drops there...
