Hunter

Azeroth is home to a wide variety of beasts. From the new world of Lordaeron to the old world of Kalimdor, all manner of creatures can be found. Some are friendly, some are ferocious and aggressive - yet they all have one thing in common. Each creature shares a special connection with Hunters. Hunters track, tame, and slay all manner of animals and beasts found in the wild. Whether they rely on bows or firearms, Hunters consider their weapons and pets to be their only true friends.

I love being a tauren hunter level 23 with a owl (it took like 3+ hours to get at level 13)

i jus recently made a dwarf hunter
its so awesome
the enemy is dead before it even gets to me
hunting is as easy as 123

I love my Dwarf Hunter. I makes for a great solo, and is usefull with groups. Pets are endlessly useful, and i love the fact that I have a boomstick, lol! Just watch-out for haters. People love to hate on Hunters for no reason.

This is a teriffic solo'ing class. You get a nice variety of pets to make your companions and your DPS is quite good, you can use all types of weapons except maces/wands and you do most of your attacking from range so you can escape when it get too much, oh and Feign Death is a perk too. It will take some time to get the mechanics down but it's worth it.
