Is a decent piece but by the time you get to DM your better off getting stuff from MC or BWL if your in a good enough guild.

you get this from part 2 of a quest in dire maul west. the quest giver is on the bridge in the courtyard. the chest is under the stairs going into the library.

i wear this on my warrior for DPS and PvP, have yet to try it out though.
