February 5, 2006 - 6:57 am [ Reply ]from what I've read, this staff is a quest reward in ahn'qiraj. I'm pretty sure that anyone can obtain the quest, but completing the quest will obviously be no easy task, and will probably require a decent, capable raiding guild.
that means one thing: in large part, priests won't be allowed this weapon since it is more efficient in the hands of a mage or a warlock, and benediction adds more +healing anyway.
