This looks like a cool wep for my Shaman, but I noticed it requires Skin of Shadow x2 which are bop. This makes it a little tricky to obtain since I'm not a blacksmith. Even if I had mats the creater would have to have the Skin already.... Oh and btw, where do the plans come from?
