"Submit Update" Link for UI Mods?

I was browsing the UI Mods section and found some of the mods out of date, but didn't see a "Submit Update" except for New Submission

Ya you can't specifically update unless you have moderator abilities. I may add this feature though, it could be a lot of help for those authors who forget to update their files.
