Last month, approximately the 15th of the month, my prepaid gametime card for wow expired. I put in my mastercard data on that day, early.
They emailed me a notice that my time would expire on july 4th, 2006 and that my mastercard would be billed on JULY THIRD, 2006.
Today is the 9th of july, and a sunday. Blizzard just told me at the login screen:
"your account has used up it's prepaid time, please purchase more time to play".
Ok, no big deal, I will go the account page and RE ENTER my credit card data. NOPE. that part of the site is mysteriously down, as are the TECH FORUMS, which means i cannot even call them to COMPLAIN.
Brilliant. Simply brilliant.

HAHAHA I just logged in to the account management page, and it says:
Account Status:
Active
This account is active and can be used for playing.
And yet the game says it's not.
