Orc or Tauren Shaman?

So which do you guys believe is better? Orc or Tauren, as I can't decide.

Depends on your criteria for better Tauren IMO are the better PvP choice due to warstomp but many people find their size an issue.

I dont know. between a Tauren and an Orc id have to go with a Tauren but my favorite will always be a troll shaman. But lets face it.. we all know if they were allowed.. Dwarf shamans would own you all!!!!!

In truth, I would go with troll shaman too, they look so damn cool when wearing the ten storm or any other shammy gears and i like how the way they cast shocks spell and totems. trolls are the best :Music:

Tho if you asking which is better, lets look at the racial traits and the playstyle first.

Troll has Berserking which increase 10% - 30% attack speed, I found this really works good with flurry if your an enchancement shammy :D also don't forget the passive skill Regeneration, it gives you 10% health regenerate bonus, and beast slaying 5% dmg bonus to beasts.

Orcs make average shammy imo, but you see they have the best passive skill 25% resistance to stun effects, tho blood fury isn't that good imo, it might increase you attk power by i think 25% for 10secs or something like that but it then also reduces your healing effect by 50% for about 20 secs! that doesn't work well for me unless your shammy is at really low health and mana.

Lastly, Tauren makes pretty good shammy imo, the best thing about that is the war stomp spell,
it works well if you need to heal or get out from combat. war stomp, ghost wolf, run away and heal. tauren also has Endurance which increase health by 5%! not bad. And a bonus +10 nature resistance. Oh and don't forget the 15 skill bonus to Herbalism too.

As you can see, tauren could make a splendid shammy. but overall I would still go with troll shammy with enchancement spec if I had to pick. but thats just me :Happy:

Id have to agree 100% I named my Troll shaman based on the way they cast. Its almost a Dragonball Z style lol. So I named my troll...Broli. For any DBZ fans out there lol
