Ok so I just got the game now i cant install...
it starts off fine and gets to patch.mpq (for the second time around [says its installing it, then a bunch of other files then another patch.mpq])
once it gets there i get the following error:
Patch data is bad. (source CRC mismatch: -391932137/875664684) (BNUpdate::PTCApply)

Patch data is bad. (source CRC mismatch: -2067581165/-1641394276) (BNUpdate::PTCApply)
and possiably some other variations in the nubers but those are the only 2 i recorded....
I've tried many ways:
-normally, with the DVD
-in safe mode with the DVD
-normally with the CDs
-in diagnostic mode wiht the CDs (no background applications, just windows)
-copied files from the DVD to a folder on HD and tried installing from the HD instead of CD drive
-tried another drive
-tried another install directory
and probably some other ways to lol... this is becoming annoying, ive run the windows diagnostic thing to check my ram, just the short one tho, not the long one, ill run the long one later and see if it funds anything....
my system:
P4 2.4
XFX GeForce 6600 AGP8x 256mb
1gig SD RAM
SB audigy gamer
----> Is is possiable to install the game on another computer then just throw my HD in there and move the folder over? does anythgin needed to be added to the registry? if this will work then i can try that...
