I just don't see how they call arcane explosion (for example) an "instant cast" spell. It still takes almost 2 seconds to cast, but on the other hand, spells like fireblast, are truly instant cast; meaning, as soon as i click it, it casts. Shouldn't all "instant cast" spells be that way?
