I don't know, Striker's Mark sucks at 2.2 speed, it makes sense if it was changed to 2.5 speed.

The change to ranged weaps is not a rumor, it really is that way on the TBC beta server. Also agility is 1 RAP and it takes 33 agilty to get 1 crit.

I think it is, there are some rumours around that all the hunter stuff is beeing modified and stats of all ranged weapons will be boosted .
