Fixed a bug, when you anchor one bar to another and the bars are of different scales, the positioning was incorrect and only worked when they were the same scale. This is now fixed.

Moved the Castbar and lagbar features into the main hotbar folder. There are now only 3 folders: XUI_Flex, XUI_Hotbar, XUI_Shell. Changed the Layout and appearance a little to make it easier. Added a display that shows the value of the slider below it. Added a new anchor, value 10 means keep user placed position. So if you have dragged a bar someplace and want it to stay there use anchor 10.
