tcPlayerFrame modifies the default player frame:

Superior health bar: A bar higher than the default bar offers you a quick overview over your health state.
Wider bars in general
Unobtrusive numbers: No long texts cover the bars. You can easily recognize the state of your health and mana/energy/rage
Exact values are shown
The player frame uses now the elite artwork
