KC_Mobilty lets you alt-rightclick and drag nearly any window in the game.

I've managed to test it on a large portion of the in game windows and it seems to work. Please let me know if you find one it doesn't or if you experience weird behavior.

You can type

/kcm reset

to get a list of frames that have been moved.

/kcm reset <framename> will reset that frame.

for example:

/kcm reset TradeSkillFrame

and yes, capitals matter...
