This addon basically adds a few features to the in game mail system that I
felt were still lacking despite the improvements it has gotten over time.

- The To: field of outgoing mail will be pre-set with the name of
the person you last sent a message to.

- For messages in your inbox that have item attachments, you can see
the full tooltip and quantity of the item that is attached by mousing
over the icon. (Props to tardmrr and his MailTip addon which is where
I blatantly copied this idea from and slightly improved it.)

- The addon will attempt to keep track of the total amount you've spent
on postage sending in game mail. At any time, you can type
"/email showpostage" to get an updated display of how much you've
spent. (I realize this is somewhat sadistic, but I've always been
curious.)

I realize there are a number of other mail related mods out there. But
none had all the features I wanted and most had features I didn't want or
were dependent on other libraries that I didn't want to be dependent on.
So I made this for myself and my friends and I figured other people might
like it too. Enjoy.
