Click on the semi-transparent area underneath the minimap (in that general area.) You should see a message in your chat log that says "Reaction Targeting System Off". "Off" is where you want it. When you have it "on", it will change the main bar depending on if you're target is friendly or enemy.

1 more thign when i click on my unit my action bar it change to a different .. how can i change it ??

I believe the addon you are inquiring about is castparty. Type /cp to configure it. The behavior tab is where you set the healing level threshold.

Let me know if this does not solve your problem.

there this Addon that autocast heal when i click on my unit fram but it only cast lvl 1 healing wave how can i change it ??? pls help
