Keeps DropDown menus on screen.

I've had mixed results asking people if their menus go off screen, but in my experience any 1st level menu will go off the right side of the screen and other level menus will go off screen if you have a low UI scale. So this addon attempts to keep them on screen by hooking the ToggleDropDownMenu function and checking if the menu is off screen. If it never goes off screen then this addon will do nothing for you. Otherwise it can save you some strife when you move things around on screen.
