- Shows a litle Window with, who is whom resurecting.
- Using the AddonSyncchannel to transmit target names
- adds '<Name> will be resurrected' to the Raid/Group chat.
- (recognizes names, even if players leave the corpse.)

- Zeigt ein kleines Fenster mit, wer belebt wen.
- Benutzt AddonSyncChannel um Zielnamen zu übertragen
- Fügt '<Name> wird wiederbelebt' zum Raid/Gruppen Chat hinzu.
- Erkennt auch Namen, wenn Spieler die Leiche verlassen haben.

- fixed issue with 'ghost' player. "unknown if released" for english client.
- fixed problem with german unitclasses (Prister -> Priesterin)
- fixed rezzmacro for english client. Now it use "cast" not "wirken".
